Eric Jeffrey Kaufman is a retired commercial real estate executive, climate adaptation advocate, and AI enthusiast with extensive experience driving growth, innovation, and resilience across real estate, renewable energy, and nonprofit sectors. He is also a passionate author, musician, and wellness advocate, enjoying yoga, meditation, and spin classes.

Eric currently serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The Natural Resilience Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to designing and implementing climate-resilient, sustainable community models worldwide. He has authored A Call to Action: How to Save Millions of Lives (2017), The Awakening Trilogy (2020), and a political novella under the pen name A.H. Prouty (2022).

Previously, Eric has led Veric Industries / EAV Realty Corp, a commercial real estate and energy finance firm, executing transactions exceeding $1 billion. He co-founded the New York Wheel, LLC, a $610M entertainment and tourism project, and has been deeply involved in strategic partnerships for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Eric has over 15,000 followers on LinkedIn and maintains a strong network of global connections, including leaders in sustainability, energy, and transhumanism. He has also held part-time leadership roles at E-Z Microgrids, focusing on strategic partnerships and leadership.
